Prices shown on our website are indicative starting figures only and may vary based on your specific business activity, jurisdiction, and requirements. A final quotation will be provided after consultation and is valid for the period stated in that quotation.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation required for the services you have engaged us for. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided by you may affect processing timelines, and we are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client information.
5. Government Fees and Third Parties
Our service fees are separate from government, authority, or third-party fees (such as licence fees, visa fees, or bank charges). These fees are determined by the relevant UAE authorities or institutions and are subject to change without notice.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed at the time of engagement. Services commence only after the agreed payment or deposit has been received, unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Government and third-party fees already submitted on your behalf are non-refundable. Our service fees may be refundable in part depending on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation, as assessed on a case by case basis.
8. No Guarantee of Approval
While we make every effort to ensure successful outcomes, approvals for licences, visas, and bank accounts are at the sole discretion of the relevant UAE government authorities and banks. We cannot guarantee approval and are not liable for decisions made by these third parties.
